Where We Ship From
Every Luna Dao order is packed and shipped from our studio in China. Each piece is cleansed and energized by hand before it is sealed for transit. We do not operate a US warehouse, so all orders travel internationally before reaching you.

Estimated Delivery Times
Because we ship from China, please allow time for international transit and customs clearance:

These windows are estimates, not guarantees — customs processing, peak season and carrier delays can extend them. Tracking is included on every order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Each crystal is cleansed and energized before shipping, which may add a small amount of time but ensures your piece arrives ready to work with your energy.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country once the parcel arrives. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We declare the true value of goods on customs forms and cannot mark orders as gifts or understate their value.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show its first movement after dispatch, as parcels are handed between carriers.
