1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from Luna & Stone ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Products & Wellness Disclaimer

Our crystals, jewelry, and AI Crystal Compass readings are offered as tools for personal reflection, spirituality, and well-being. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, condition, or mental-health concern. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider. Individual experiences vary, and outcomes are not guaranteed. Compass readings are provided for entertainment and inspirational purposes only.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order (for example, due to stock, pricing errors, or suspected fraud). Payments are processed securely by Stripe and/or PayPal; we never store your full card number. Sales tax is collected where required by U.S. law. An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email.

4. Subscriptions & Digital Services

Paid Compass readings are delivered digitally and immediately. Recurring memberships, if offered, are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel anytime from your account; cancellation stops future billing and access remains until the paid period ends. Fees are non-refundable except as described in our Returns & Refunds policy.

5. Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Delivery times are estimates. Our 30-day return policy and refund procedures are described in full on the Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 18 years old (or use the site with a guardian). Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.

7. Intellectual Property

All site content—text, images, designs, logos, readings, and software—is owned by Luna & Stone or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape data, or submit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content. Automated or fraudulent use of the Compass, coupons, or reviews is prohibited and may result in cancellation.

9. Third-Party Links & Services

We may link to WhatsApp, social platforms, or payment providers we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Luna & Stone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order. Some U.S. states do not allow certain limitations, in which case the minimum required by law applies.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by U.S. federal law and the laws of the state where our business is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will first be addressed in good faith; unresolved disputes are subject to the courts of that state.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
