リーディング＆クリスタル処方

1 · Five Elements Analysis

Your cast settles into the Metal phase this week. Metal governs clarity, boundaries and the breath — when it is balanced, decisions feel simple and the mind is clear; when it is strained, we tend to overthink and tighten in the chest. Your hexagram suggests a season of letting go of what no longer serves you, the way autumn releases the leaf.

2 · Chakra Assessment

The reading points to the crown and third-eye centers as most active, with the heart center asking for gentle support. This combination favors insight and intuition, while reminding you to ground what you receive into care for yourself.

1 · What your reading is saying

Your cast settled into Return (Fu) — the hexagram of the quiet turning point, when the light begins to lengthen again after a long winter. It does not ask you to rush forward or pretend the cold never happened. It simply says: you are allowed to begin again, one small, soft step at a time.

Your Rose Quartz meets the part of you that has had to stay strong for everyone else — and offers it the same tenderness you so easily give to others. Held over the heart, it is a quiet reminder that your feelings also deserve care.

2 · Your core affirmation

Rest your hand on your stone, take one slow breath, and say it aloud each morning:

“I am allowed to begin again, softly. I do not have to earn rest, prove my worth, or carry what was never mine to carry. My heart is safe to open at its own pace, and I am worthy of the gentleness I give to everyone else.”
